Plusieurs personnalités ont pris part à cette cérémonie solennelle, parmi lesquelles Bernadette LEWIS, Secrétaire Générale de la Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) ainsi que les directeurs généraux de CAMTEL et de l’ART. Entre avril et juillet 2024, 17 personnels du Ministère des Postes et Télécommunications du Cameroun, de CAMTEL et de l’ART ont bénéficié d’enseignements de haute qualité couronnés par le Diploma in Telecommunications Management Studies (DTMS), sous la supervision de la CTO.
